This mobile app is designed to assist eligible enlisted Sailors (from E3 through E6) in calculating their projected Final Multiple Scores (FMS) for advancement to pay grades E4 through E7. A Sailor's FMS standing plays a crucial role in determining their chances for advancing during an advancement cycle.

The FMS Calculator mobile app utilizes the FMS formula to accurately calculate the projected FMS. By inputting the relevant individual FMS elements, Sailors are provided with a comprehensive total score. The app also offers useful guidance on navigating the various FMS parameters and elements. Moreover, it features an insightful breakdown of FMS scores through a pie chart, as well as a historical view categorized by branch class, exam rate, and group, where applicable.

This latest release incorporates the most up-to-date FMS minimum cut scores for upcoming cycles.

FMS Calculator: This user-friendly feature allows users to enter data pertaining to their individual accomplishments and other required information, utilizing dropdown menus and value inputs. Such data includes PMA/RSCA PMA, exam standard score, award points, pass not advanced, service in paygrade, and education. Users can also explore "what-if" scenarios.
FMS History: The FMS Calculator app provides both numerical and graphical views of "what-if" FMS scenarios compared to historical FMS minimum cut scores.
Personalization: The FMS Calculator mobile app comprehends the different formulas used at each paygrade and allows users to display maximum points that can be accumulated for each element.
Policy/Guidance: The app includes links to specific policy sources like the Navy Advancement Manual, NEAS NAVADMINS, and relevant Navy-sponsored websites with FAQs and NEAS information.
